KaribPay is a trading name of Karib Group of Companies Ltd., Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and an invited sandbox.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, island or country, business or partner category, messages and feedback, as well as limited technical information such as device, browser, IP address and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Sandbox data

The sandbox uses dummy monetary values. Do not enter real bank details, card information, identification numbers or other sensitive financial information unless KaribPay has expressly requested it through an approved and secure process.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage sandbox participation, evaluate feedback, improve usability, maintain security, comply with law and prepare for a responsible product launch. We do not sell personal information.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We may use vetted providers for hosting, communications, analytics and product testing. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights or security, or during a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations and dispute resolution. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw from testing, or request deletion where applicable. Some information may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.

These preliminary forms are not channels for regulated KYC, financial or transaction data.

Website interest forms

Merchant interest forms collect business and contact names, business email, country, category, optional banking relationship, desired acceptance method and current acceptance status. Partnership forms collect institution and contact names, business email, country, partner type, markets served, interest and message. We record contact consent, submission time and the notice version.

We use these details to respond, assess relevant opportunities and contact you with your consent. Contact consent is not consent to a partner referral. Before sharing lead data with a prospective acquiring institution, we will identify the recipient and purpose, provide the relevant notice and establish an appropriate lawful basis and applicable consent or other authorization.

Do not submit identification, bank statements, account numbers or credentials through these forms. You may contact info@karibpay.com to withdraw contact consent or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, applicable legal obligations and dispute resolution. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards for service-provider processing.
